• Hands on experience in SAP functional (Retail / AFS)
• Should manage multiple projects in SAP practice
• Should be responsible for Customer experience and delight. Facilitate project planning in detail and responsible for P/L
• Should be responsible for customer retention and year on year business enhancements
• Self-motivated, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and clients in parallel in a time sensitive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, strong customer communication skills are a requirement
• Ability to deal with remote client relations through phone, email & online sources in order to enhance the Partner experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Helps the practice and sales teams in Pre-Sales and provides necessary data and inputs for converting prospects into customers
• Should guide the Customer Management to understand the SAP products and implementation methodologies better. Customer engagement throughout the project life cycle.
• Oversee the change management guiding both Customer and internal teams. Should facilitate with necessary support and resources
• Should continuously monitor multiple projects, identify risks and issues well in advance and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive actions
• Will act as senior management representative handling various topics like periodic project reviews, escalation management and guidance in project execution
• Should ensure that project teams will adhere to the project management principles, processes and standards
